Semi-fitted, pullover top, slightly below waist has neckband or narrow hem finishing at neck, cap or elbow-length sleeves and unfinished hems. A: contrast hemband. A, B: self fabric flower. Pull-on, flared skirt, above mid-knee and below mid-knee at the longest point of skirt, has waistband with elastic, front drape-like pleat and shaped unfinished hems. D: contrast underskirt and self fabric flower. E: underskirt and purchased flower. Skirts may be worn with pleat at center front or to the side as desired.
Suggested Fabrics: Moderate Stretch Knits Only: Stretch Mesh and Cotton Knit. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals.
This is an uncut and factory folded pattern with instructions. Pattern envelope is in very good condition with flap intact and no tears.
