CONDITION OF ITEMS:
The condition of our items is noted in each individual listing. They are described as either new, like new, excellent condition, or good condition. We do not sell items in bad condition such as fair or poor....unless it is a hard to find item that has a value in that condition.
We prefer and accept all major credit cards through PayPal and Google checkout.
We also accept postal money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks. All checks and money orders need to have a verifiable address and phone number where you can be reached.
We ship via USPS.
We will combine shipping for multiple purchases made on the same day so please contact us at email@example.com to inquire about a shipping rate prior to check out.
We ship within 3 business days after your order has been confirmed, except for money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks. On these payments, funds must be verified before your order will be processed. This takes 7 to 10 business days. Lei that must be custom made will take longer to ship.
Email confirmations will be sent to you upon receipt of your order and again when it is shipped.
Custom lei will not be accepted for returns or refunds.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
1) You must notify us by email of your intention to return merchandise. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2) You must include return in original box(es) and include a copy of invoice.
3) Returns must be in original condition. We inspect each piece of merchandise before shipping to insure quality. Any piece showing damage or visible wear from customer will not be accepted for return.
4) All returns shipped at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for return items lost in the mail. Make sure you insure your package and have a tracking number assigned.
5) You must return merchandise within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
6) You will receive a refund of your PURCHASE PRICE ONLY. We cannot refund shipping & handling charges.
7) Allow 7-10 business days after receipt of your return for refunds to be processed.
8) Email confirmations will be sent to you upon receipt of your return and again when your refund is mailed.
